the rules of chassis said " The Main Hoop must extend from the lowest Frame Member on one side of the Frame, up, over and down the lowest Frame Member on the other side of the Frame
So which of these image is right ?

Both images are OK. Image 1 is fine, there is no requirement to extend the roll hoop like in image 2.
