Electronic Throttle Control-ETC

Greetings

I would like to ask if you know some teams that used ETC (for FSC) ?
Even better if your team used I would be thankful if you could answer some of the following questions:
-What problems occurred?
-Which accelerator pedal u used & where did you find from?
-Also which Electronic throttle body u used?

We've run the ETB since '15 now, the only real problems that occurred were mostly electrical issues, the BSPD and APPS/TPS sensors. We originally modified our own custom pedal that was designed for a cable throttle to electronic, but now design and build our accelerator pedal with ETC in mind. We currently use the Bosch 32mm TB but are looking into making a custom one.
