my question related with the calculation of injector flow , i don't know how to calculate it practically ?

I just found both of these by Googling "injector calculator," I hope that sets you in the direction of thinking about how to size an injector for your application.

Keep in mind that the flow rate of an injector changes when you change the fuel pressure.

Hi Mostafa,

There are a few methods to calculate the rate of injection. You can google 'Bosch tube rate of injection' or 'mass and momentum flux measurement of injectors'. These are experimental techniques. These techniques might not be inexpensive but will make for a good read. You might find this link useful:
