Single cylinder intake pipe design

I am designing an intake pipe for a single cylinder diesel engine. I need advice on the design. The engine's displacement is 0.5L and has a SOHC operating two valves.

well, first you need to make it fit the packaging constraints that you have to work with.

and then... well... thats about it. There are also lots of formulas all over the web to help design for resonance and plenum volume at RPM, but I'll leave that up to you to find
