am I correct that you are asking for a 200x100mm sticker for 1 year license of a product costing 299 euro?

The first year is free, after 1 year of usage and renewal yes, that would be nice. The sticker does not have to be exactly 200x100mm but somewhere near. If you do not like it, don't use it. The students that are using it, are having fun with :D
