What's the density of FRP, and what's the density of carbon fiber? That's pretty much your answer right there.

Adding to the above, what sort of strength/stiffness is required? How many layers of GFRP/CFRP/anything is required to have the same (required) strength and stiffness? All of the above are basic composites calculations. Oh, BTW, FRP refers to "Fiber Reinforced Polymer", which includes carbon fiber, so essentially the answer to your question would be zero...
