Hey guys,
Can anyone help me out with the timing hole on the right crankcase cover of this engine. To fix non-stable idling of our engine i opened the timing hole cap and rotated the timing hole bolt with the spanner to align the marks as given in service manual and now engine is not firing properly. If someone have any idea about the problem please help.

Hmmm hope you're not running a dizzy! What bolt are you talking about? A picture would be handy.

Assuming you are running electronic ignition you should be adjusting it via the ECU. If you are using the bikes standard ECU then I don't think you should be able to adjust the timing (unless you have physically rotated the crank end trigger wheel, which is not going to end well).

The marks on the bolt that I think you are talking about are reference points for a timing light.
