MoTeC are planning on holding an ECU demonstration/training event around the time of the 2014 FSAE-A competition. The event would be around 3 to 4 hours long and will most probably be one evening either before or after the FSAE-A competition.
The event would cover two main things:
• An introduction to our newest M1 series ECUs and the M1 Tune software
• An introduction to M1 Build – our development software that allows you to create custom firmware for any M1 series ECU.
The event is free to attend and open to any student that is currently part of a FSAE team. Food and drink would be provided.
We are asking for expressions of interest from teams wishing to attend as well as a preferred date and location. Our initial thoughts were to have it close to the FSAE-A competition when the majority teams are already in Melbourne and the location would again be based on ease of access for the teams wishing to attend.
