Hello fellow FSAE competitors alumni and Enthusiasts. I am looking for any participants, alumni, or friends and family of participants that may be able to offer a ride from Detroit Metropolitan Airport on Thursday, May 15th at 10:00 PM to Brooklyn for FSAE Michigan. Due to my summer employment I will be unable to travel in advance with the rest of my team and will miss the first 2 days of competition. However I worked things out with my boss to get Friday off work and I have booked a flight arriving at the time above. Unfortunately it is unlikely that I will be able to get a ride from any of my team members since we are very behind schedule and may not get through tech by the end of Thursday, meaning everyone would be needed to work on the car. I don't have much money for a cab, rental or anything since I spent it all on a plane ticket. I can offer a team shirt or something to anyone that may be able to help out, as well as conversation for the ride. I know this is a lot to ask but I think everyone on this forum knows how much work you put in to make it to competition and what an amazing experience you would be missing if you couldn't attend.
