One of these, for example:

Once you get up into the longer clutch cables there seem to be a lot more hydraulic lines than cables. Supposedly they have less friction and can handle weird angles easier. I'm concerned about weight and durability. If anyone has used one can they weigh in?

... And a lot more complication, including master cylinders, slave cylinders and reservoirs etc,

Used a Magura setup for the past three years and I have only one complaint. They are a huge pain to bleed! But, they never stick and the clutch feel is awesome. It is MUCH better than the cable clutches we used before.

I will second Cole; we have used a Magura hydraulic setup for our last two combustion cars, and it was awesome minus the "pain-in-the-ass" bleeding issue. It was pretty cheap as well.

I got to actuate the A&M hydraulic clutch at Texas Autocross Weekend a few years ago, and I can vouch for the feel. It was amazing, and incredibly light in terms of the weight of the clutch pull. I was really hoping we could have used a similar setup last year, but push came to shove and we couldn't find the same/similar enough parts to get the rest of the team to make the jump from the known cable actuated clutch.
