View Full Version : F4i Cam Lift
I am trying to do find out the cam lift at different crank angles for both intake and exhaust, but it has been rather difficult because all i had was the coordinates of the cams. I made a profile of it yet i found that the coordinates are a bit diverging from the actual curve. I am stuck!
I know many of you out there have done it? Can you help me out in some way? Or can someone just send them to me.

How did you measure the profile?
It will not work if you use a point measurement. Since the valve lift is determined by the cam acting on a lifter/bucket of a specified radius, you must have this as part of your measurement system.
