Something that follows the rules.

then look into erog- do you want something like a reclined seating position that everyone else does, or be innovative with say a prone position.

Has anyone tried the prone position with the helmet modified to act as an impact attenuator?

This way your vehicle weighs less without a driver!

You get the cadavers, and I'll get some accelerometors and a butter filter. We'll see if this pans out.

Ah, the joys of chassis design.

Aims of the chassis: high stiffness, low weight, crash safety, ergonomics, rules compliance, ect

Challenges: every other team member wanting this changed and that moved. fighting constantly with the suspension designer. the bodywork guy bitching in your ear all the time. the diff spitting out an axle and smashing the rear bulkhead...

Rewards: making radical changes to the chassis layout that blow the suspension designers mind... two years in a row!
