Hello, my name is Nick Bruno and I am looking for a full time motorsport position.
I graduated this past May with my BSME. I was a member of the FSAE team for three years, and acted at the Vice President and Chief Engineer for two of those years. My school had just revived our FSAE program so we faced some unique challenges. I supervised the design of every aspect of the car, and personally designed the suspension geometry. I also was part of a team that designed and prototyped an acoustically tuned intake plenum for our engine, which also featured variable length intake runners.
I also have been a part time mechanic and race engineer for Momentum Motorsports in the SCCAs Pro F2000 series for the past four years, and engineer club racing cars for friends. I am also an avid autocrosser myself.
I have experience with data acquisition systems such as Motec, Pi, Aim, RaceKeeper and Traqmate, addition to MATLAB, SolidWorks, ProEngineer/Creo and Microsoft Office suite.
I am willing to travel as needed.
