Generic questions bring generic answers:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formula_One_car

http://auto.howstuffworks.com/...rts/formula-one4.htm (http://auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-racing/motorsports/formula-one4.htm)

Be more specific!!!

Also, "static events" would not be the place for a question about brakes.

Hi!

For what purpose do you need that information? Don't expect too much. There aren't many things you haven't seen before which aren't typically used in FSAE cars. Due to their restricted regulations F1 cars have a quite basic layout with a balance bar and a pullrod actuation of the master cylinders from AP or Alcon. The even often have the brake bias adjuster as a mechanical nob within the cockpit.
Metal braided brake lines are then conducted through the A-arms to the "standard" calipers and can be disconnected with brakefluid-fasteners.

The devil lies in the detail with the main concern which cooling ducts are to use in combination with CFC brake discs. Calipers are also state of the art but underlying the typical principle.
The basic pedal box layout also has some tricky ideas. But as I said before, the whole system is very common (which doesn't mean it is bad http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif )
