RANeff slightly beat me to the throwing some cheap used engine up too, so I'll build slightly off his prices. I'm not going to use these any time soon, and they are taking up space I could be using to work on my rally car.
Photo gallery so I don't end up with a huge train of photo posts like the other thread - https://picasaweb.google.com/105131330020898883063/600ccEngines?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCNzEu_X0mtTLHA&feat=directlink
Both complete engines come with standard issue FSAE spaghetti harnesses, both have ignition amplifyers, dashboards with a guage or two, E-stops, and battery disconnect switches. Both come with aluminum intake manifolds with fuel injectors, integral air restrictors, and throttle bodies. Both have custom made tube headers with upswept outlets suitable for FSAE cars, karts, or other extremely dangerous vehicles you could come up with to mount these in.
I will happy ship these within the US, likely in a large plastic Rubbermaid storage tub with packing foam and such, I've had good luck shipping engines this way.
Buyer pays actual shipping costs.

SOLD'05-ish Yamaha R6. Engine number J506E-035427. I say 'ish' because R6 engines are apparently notoriously difficult to identify just based on the engine numbers. This should mount to anything designed to fit a '99 - '09 R6 engine, but please do your research.
Ran when it came out of the car. I was told this engine was used at the 2010 comp and was used in the same car in 2011 as a driver's trainer / practice car, don't know how much it was used after that. The engine turns over freely and has compression, the transmission shifts freely up and down, and all case covers, oil pan, starter, crankcase vent box, etc. are there. Wiring harness has a Haltech two channel wideband controller, but no O2 sensors in the exhaust.
Please assume at best case you get a cheap good runner, at worst it will need some internal work. I will not break anything down to check, sorry.
Asking $300 + shipping for everything, $225 for bare long block. If I sell just the long block I'll sell the intake with injectors & FPR for $50, and the exhaust for $50, make an offer for switches and stuff off the harness.

'96 Honda F3. Engine number PC25E-2504313. Should interchange with F2 and F3 engines, with F4 and F4i I don't know for certain. Please do your research. F2 and F3 engine numbers - http://cbrforum.com/forum/cbr-600f3-17/engine-id-numbers-81488/
Internal condition SUSPECTED DAMAGE. Still turns freely by hand, and transmission shifts up and down fine. Ran comp in '99, was possibly used as late as 2007 for testing and driver's training and shenanigans. No info after that. I know that it sat outside for a while and rain got into the vertically pointing intake manifold, there is moderate- to severe corrosion on the intake valves of cyl #2. Exhaust has surface rust but no holes or anything. All of the side covers and oil pan are there.
This is possibly rebuildable, but should be considered just for parts.
Asking $100 for everything except the Earl's oil cooler, $75 for just the long block. Intake with injectors & FPR $50, it has nice re-entrant bellmouths in the plenum, restrictor, throttle body and TPS. Exhaust make offer.
$75 for the Earl's 19 row oil cooler, it has -10AN fittings, about 2 feet of hose. Cooler alone retails about $127.

Bare R6 case halves, cylinder head and cam cover, same generation as above R6. Missing both right side covers and oil pan. Stator cover and stator are there, transmission output cluster and shift drum are there. Cams, lifters, all the valves and all the timing stuff is gone. Cylinder bores are smooth, and no obvious damage, but consider condition completely unknown. No fasteners.
This would be a good mockup block for building a frame since the whole thing maybe weighs 35-40lbs and can be easily manipulated by one person to get into and out of a mockup frame. That was what I got it for.
Asking $50
