Who are you? Where are you from? What sort of research have you done so far? Why is designing the brake pedal so difficult? It should be the same difficulty as any other solid designed part, you have in input force, a rotation axis (depending on pedal setup), and a reaction force at the master cylinders.

The 2 biggest parameters for selecting material for brake pedal are
- your social skills to introduce your self in such a forum
- the demonstration that you already have made your own preliminary research (Google to start with...) and come with a touch more sophisticated questions

Once again, as stated by "big Bird" this is not a bottomless well for information. That is an exchange forum. What are you bringing on the table (intellectual challenge) that would make other forum participants willing to answer you?

This way way of asking question is regrettable, it makes you look as trying to have each of this forum participants as being on of your valets. It does not help anybody.
