i have worked on the cbr600 engine for a while now..
want u guys to suggest me books on that will give me enough information to
- design of air intake and exhaust systems
- engine dynamics
- tuning the ve and ignition tables
- cooling
as of now have been able to sucessfully put on
- an aftermarket ecu
- an gearposition sensor
- a sump modification(reduction)
- weigth reduction on the engine
- designing(not engineering due to lack of time and knowlegde) the intake system on CFD
all of it done , basically with a few calculations.
i do not believe in shortcuts , i have read a few books which have all but given me a few formulas with a lot unexplained and more towards non-racecar.
PLZ help....
plz tell me how does a guy ready to devote his life to powertrain start......... want to take it up as a career .
