i saw a lot of ppl use the mil-spec steering u-joints during the michigan competition. Is anything particular good about it?

the word mil-spec is like the word organic. Its a great way to charge you twice as much for the same thing

We have gotten ours from a company called Aircraft Spruce. They're pretty pricey but they've worked fine so far. Only downside is the boots that they come with are garbage and tend to rip and leak more often than not.

Apex Joints found at Pegasus are compact, sealed, and greased. They do a good job.
