I have a question about your experiences with fuel tank temperatures.
What are limit temperatures of fuel tank temperatures that would still be safe for driving the fsae car?
We measured temperatures of obout 40 °C on our fuel tank and now wondering is this to much or should temp be less than this.

Fuel temp is limited by your ability to pump it. The fuel will cavitate easily if it is close to it's boiling point, and the pumps don't work well on vapour.

Most ULPs boil at around 55 to 60 deg C. (look yours up)
