CADDING 27MMX33 Spline CV joint axle

Hello guys!
I am responsible to CAD 27MMX33 Spline CV joint axle sold by Taylor Engineering. Could you help me figure out what the diameter of the axle is and what the dimensions of the splines are?

Those axles are 33 spline x 27mm.
The shaft O.D is 23.7 mm
