Intake Manifold Design

Hello all,
Can anyone please guide me with the usual procedure to design an intake manifold?
I have gone through quite a few research papers as well as modelled a restrictor and have ran it through ansys. I am confused about the runner and the plenum design. is there some study material that could be shared? Thanks in anticipation,
