Hybrid car racing, while still somewhat of a novelty, is nothing brand new. The Formula Hybrid International Competition, being held this week in Loudon, N.H., is exclusive in that all the automobiles in the race are student-designed and constructed. The function is a recruiting forum for car makers searching for engineers.
