shear strength of the steel AISI 1010 (MPa)

Does anybody now the shear strength of an AISI 1010 Steel if it was 1.5mm falt plate in MPa??

I know that the Shear Modulus = 80.0 GPa. So is there a way to work out shear strength???

The shear strength is usually (for steel) 57-60% of the UTS

So am i right in thinking:

(?) tensile yield strength 180MPa, (?) shear yield strength:
? = ? / ?3 = 103.9 MPa for AISI 1010 steel?
