hello I'm currently modelling a formula ford racing engine to try and optimize exhaust design and cam timing for my final year project for uni.
What is the best way to represent a carb in ricardo wave? I'm currently trying to represent the carb as an orifice of fixed diameter. I have flow bench data (pressure loss & flow rate @ WOT) of the carb and using Wave I am just trying to match an orifice size which will give me the same flow rate as the flow bench data.
Can anyone think of any errors to my methodology?
