I mentioned this in another thread. This is a 2008 Suzuki RMZ450 fuel pump.

It is made by Keihin. Self regulated to 42 PSI. No swirl tank necessary (just a baffle). The fuel like connector can be a bit tricky, but if enough people wanted them I am sure they could be sourced from Keihin or Suzuki. I have some, but I can't give any away.

Not sure how this pump would fare with E85, my guess would be not too well. it has a built in plastic filter. As far as current draw I don't know exact numbers, but the RMZ is a batteryless EFI that is kickstart. it uses a small capacitor to store a charge to spin the pump when you are kickstarting. I doubt it draws much power at all. By the way, it uses the same power connector as the coils on most japanese 4 cylinder in line bike engines, which are available from K&L motorcycle supply in the US.

Volume wise any single will be fine if you are 450cc or under. This feeds a 60rwhp 450cc single easily with capacity to spare. Oh yea, did I mention the service life is "life" according to the Japanese folks at Suzuki I have spoken to.

Anyhow, here are the pictures
