Does anyone can help me about how to stop the wheel travel when it turns. It`s kind of rubber to put that stop it. I don`t know if i explain it well. But it allows to wheel do not touch on suspension arms.
Thanks.

You might try google. If you search for "steering rack fsae", the first video in the search ("MUR 2011: FSAE Custom Steering Rack and Column (Partial)") is an example of a typical FSAE steering rack.
You can see in the video that one side is extended and the opposite clevis is directly against the side of the rack housing (the black part might even be a rubber bump stop). This is a typical method for limiting steering travel.

You can try nylon bump stops. These are cheap to buy and easy to machine so that you get the exact length required so that you get the required lock to lock travel.
