Honda CBR600 RR Engine groove

We want to produce our sprockets at a local manufacturer but we need to know the details of the internal groove of the drive sprocket which matches the one on the output shaft of the Honda CBR600 RR engine.

If anyone knows the standard or have any information that could help us get what we want, please do not hesitate to share it with us.

I believe the shape you are looking for is not a standard of any kind, and you will likely have to measure it off of a sprocket.

For what it's worth, the common term for the "internal grooves" is a spline. This might help if you are searching around the internet or calling manufacturers.
