fit bolts at the suspension

are fit bolts necesarry at the suspension? I did not find anything to the rules or the forum. Is it usefull to use fit bolts at the suspension?

This is the first time I've ever heard of a fit bolt. What is it?

A quick google seems to suggest it's a shoulder bolt.

Are shoulder bolts neccesarry by the rules or different reasons like freeplay in rod ends or so on.?
