In cornering + acceleration case ,
when we apply lateral acceleration = 1.27g , longitudinal acceleration = 0.86g ,
wingeo is giving very high forces of 6000N along wishbone axis due to which upright fails in stress analyses.
Does anyone has any idea why forces are coming this high ?

Need to know more about your geometry. Distance between the balljoints, splay angle of the A-arms, weight of the car, etc. 6000N is not totally unreasonable if your lower control arm is fairly high off the ground for example.

By my quick math, 1.27g lateral + 0.86g long. = 1.54g combined. Are you running a friction circle or a friction square?
