First year team here. We're looking to use as many off the shelf parts as possible.

We're using Wilwood GP320 calipers for front and Wilwood PS-1 calipers for rear.

We're having the hardest time getting companies to provides rotors based on ID, OD, and thickness. The only company to accomodate us has been Galfer. I found rotors that fit our specs but they're $150/ea. We can afford them but there may be cheaper alternatives.

Can anyone reccomend floating brake rotors that fit the following specs?

GP320:
Max Dia: 269.24mm (10.6in) for 12.5in ID wheel clearance
Min Dia: 228.6mm (9in)
Max Thickness: 6mm (.24in)
Min Thickness: 4.5mm (.18in)

PS-1:
Max Dia: 228.6mm (9in)
Min Dia: 152.4mm (6in)
Max Thickness: 6mm (.24in)
Min Thickness: 4.5mm (.18in)

What about buying some plate and making your own? Pretty cheap typically, and you'll learn how to make some super precise parts! If you can't make it yourself, buying the material and sending it out to a shop might also be something to look into.

As Ben stated. We tried doing ours on a manual lathe complete with holes and everything. However, due to some stupidity we had to throw them away cause of stupid wheel packaging. Furthermore, balancing should have been done and more care taken into drilling procedure and finishing not to cause thermal load cracks.

If not then check Wilwood's bolt on brake kits. You'll find what you want but it is mighty expensive. You can get about 30% if you bought Wilwood components through shops like Behling.

[Edit] It was expensive because it had an alloy steel rotor which is 4 times the price of normal steel.
