I was wondering if any of you guys have any picture of an adjustable pedal system. Im trying to get some idea on designing one.

We have a girl driver that is shorter than the rest of them, so im trying to design an adjustable system for her.

you can do adjustable pedals in a number of different ways. We chose to do a setup that has our pedals on two c-channels. The opening of the channel faces the ground, and just slides along square chassis tube. There is an assorment of holes drilled in the c-channel to allow for adjustment. We use two 1/4 in pins to hold the pedals in place once you line up the holes. I think think we have any pictures of just the pedals, but you may be able to get an idea of you look through our photo gallery. http://www.rfr.rutgers.edu/media2003_4.php

We are looking at making the pedal fixed with an adjustable pedal pad on a thread, this allows a small amount of adjustability.
