Australian Event - PBR Brake Award Question

Im just wondering what the deal is with the PBR Brake Award at the Australian FSAE Event?

is it just awarded during the event weekend
or do you have provide some sort of report before hand?

any info would be great

Last I heard, the PBR Brake award was going to be very similar to last year. Since it still hasn't appeared on the SAE-A website, please don't quote me on this.
