ok i will go to my point, me n 3 of my friends, intrested to join all of you guys in FSAE 2012. because we are newbies, i need ur advice about
1. how to make team structure
2. what steps to design a car.
3. how to organize all of the team.

Please use the find button, as well as the main stickies on the Open Discussion section. There are numerous threads on what you want to know. I can't even put into words how much info you can get with just a bit of reading on this forum rather than just asking for answers.

1. Read the rules and make sure all the team understand them. Don't try to interpret them like they do in F1. They have lawyer that's why they do it. You won't pass the tech if you try to do that.
2. Read as much stuff as you can. To me, Pat's Corner articles are very helpfull for new teams. Read them all. Look at some old design review. Somes are on youtube and some on different fsae website.
3. For team structure and organization, I can't say anything because I've never been in a team who was very well organized and where the team structure was good. But I think a good schedule and modivated people should be good. Make sure you guys make a lots of documentations. It helps you and help your futurs members.
