I don't know any manufacturer that gives out its fuel maps for the bikes. You'll be really hard pressed to find a "stock" fuel map. Performance Electronics ECU comes with a run anything type fuel map for 4 cylinder motorcycle engines, you may be able to use that as a good starting point.
