Hi all,
A very happy new year. good luck for all the 2007 fsae and FS competitions.

I was reading staniforth's book on race car suspension. In the weight transfer chapter, all equations/formulae and examples are with a cornering of 1G. Could anyone help me with the modifications/factors for cases other than 1G.

Regards
Nitesh

Its a linear relationship.. 2G's would yield twice the weight transfer.

It's linear if you assume no roll, the roll will give you a small addition to the weight transfer. How "small" this is depends on your CG height, RC position etc. etc.
