Was wondering if anyone knows of a place we can buy a ready made system to convert the existing system into a hydraulic one to run to the pedal box.

Do you have more info about the system you are running? Or your pedal box arrangement? I'm assuming you're using a 3 pedal arrangement, but you could make a pedal to use cable.
Also why do you want to convert to hydraulic? I would have thought a cable would be fine, in addition to being lighter, less complex and cheaper.
