To all the FSAE students from down under.
You may want to watch this video

Pete Ringwood (ex FSaE Australia University of Sydney, now and OptimumG intern, part of the OptimumLap team, and who will be an OptimumG employee starting January 2013) and I will present the infamous OptimumG seminar at Victoria University after the FSAE Australia competition.
Same race car engineering and vehicle dynamics madness but now
- Close to 800 pages of content with even more information and methodologies on simulation and data acquisition.
- 4 days
- We have team up with Ken Douglas (ex MoTeC technical director and now a race car engineering consultant) and Steve Hoinville (Ex Ford Motorsport, touring car master technical manager) and who have created WHR simulators. During the first 3 days, each participant will be able to test his own driving skills and experiment the effect of car setup change on this new Australian, 6 actuators simulator. On the 4th day OptimumG will explain how to create drivers and cars "report cards" as well as what and how to improve your own skills as a driver and as an engineer.
If you are interest email rachel.trapp@optimumg.com
Pete and I will also attend the exchange / driving day on Monday 10th. With the students permission, we will collect car and driver data and display the driver analysis with a our KPI (Key Performance Indicator) method during the seminar
Everything you want to know about race car design and development. Dozens of explanation and tips and tricks to make an even better car in 2013.
Also, this year I was able to make myself available to be one of the design judge at FSAE Australia. Competition and seminar down under: what a wonderful way to finish 2012!
Cheers,
