5th annual Formula SAE Challenge -- March 28-29
Registration is now open. Here are some instructions for registering college teams. FYI, a copy of the flyer we sent out in January is attached again.
Go to www.salinascca.org, (http://www.salinascca.org,) and click the pre-registration link. That gets you the pre-registration page. Please fill out a pre-registration for each driver you expect to bring, including “extra” drivers (if someone ends up not coming, that’s not a problem).
Try to set up your four-driver teams at this time -- that is, for each car put one driver in each of the four heats. This isn’t absolute -- you can change things around once you’re here if you need to.
The heats are mainly for organizing the Sunday competition. Saturday’s test & tune is a little less formal. Saturday will offer a short test course with lots of runs. Sunday is a longer regular autocross course.
On the pre-registration form, give us your campus address. In the comment box at the bottom, please give your home address.
Entry fee is paid on-site. There is no team entry fee. Each individual entry is $20 for SCCA members, $25 for non-members. This covers both Saturday and Sunday. Non-members get an SCCA Weekend Membership which can also be used for a $15 discount on a regular membership.
Anyone driving only Saturday will pay $10 (SCCA members) or $15 (Non-members).
See you in a week or so.

Who's all planning on making it out this year?
As an Alumni, I'm planning on making it out with my silverstone miata, but I'll never turn down free rides http://fsae.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
