Buy a 38mm drill bit and see if it fits

Perhaps AKAY is concerned the port has been modified from the original diameter. Can anyone confirm the correct diameter.

Look it up on the net! I just did and found 5 of the links on the first page of results had the dimension listed without even having to load the website. You could probably even find a workshop manual to download from the web with a bit of effort, which is probably a good idea if you HAVE a CBR600RR 2008 engine in your possession.

Your post is vague at best, where exactly are you measuring the 'port diameter'? I assumed that you mean the bore of the throttle body? You have given us no clue as to why this measurement is important to you either.

And, finally, if you can't find a 38mm drill bit - try using a hole saw... sheeesh
