Does anyone know whether the chain guard needs sides?

I cant find anything in the rules which says it does. But a few of our team memebers are worried that we would fail tech check as just a sheet over top of sprocket seems unsafe.

Thanks

Ed

You shouldn't need sides, unless there is a concern of the drive being able to get clothes, belts, etc. caught in it.

no, dont need them, but remember to shield your brake lines from the chain....
