19 out of 20 times, it means you've inadvertently (or advertently..) asked Adams to do something that is not physically realistic. Specifically, the model can not successfully solve statics or quasi-statics.

If you want help, you should provide more info on what (if any) modifications you've made to the template, what version you're using, what type of simulation you're trying to run, and any other relevant info.
