Hi!
Could anyone Send me intake and exhaust Ports geometry (possible drawings), and cams angles (open and close). Or where I can find it?

Valve sizes are easy to find, port diameters at the outside of the head are easy to deduce from the carbs and exhausts the motors were fitted with. What happens between the outside of the head and the valves varies quite a lot from year to year, model to model. Look up the .pdf created by Cal Poly SLO and see what you can figure out from it. Then I'll try to answer any remaining questions you have after that.

The only question I have is about the valves seats diameter of the 08 model

You can always try calling up an aftermarket valve and seat manufacturer like Kibble White (or similar) to ask this sort of a question. In my experience, aftermarket guys are usually willing to help answer questions like this.
