Send this question to Claude Rouelle .Don't forget to tell him to do some "intellectual masturbation". If you don't get a satisfactory response, just take the sprocket to the competition and look for a person called Pat Clarke. Hit him on the head(hat) with it as hard as possible. If the sprocket doesn't get damaged, you've got a very reliable component.
