Hey All,

How's the progress of all the Aussie teams this year?

MUR has managed to get its car out on time this year. You can find photos in the "MUR07 First shakedown" album on this site.

Enjoy.

Well done to all the guys at MUR, you're certainly going well being your first monocoque! Car's looking really good, and from your newsletters it seems you've been doing lots of work over the year on your old car too.

In terms of where we're at here at UARC, we're off to the dyno on Tuesday for a full day of tuning, then off to the skidpad. The car's looking very reliable, which is a welcome change for us!

Thanks Brett.

Our newsletters may have been slightly misleading with regard to our monocoque this year. Our first monocoque was infact used in 2005. This year is the first time we have attempted a one-piece monocoque, much more of a challenge!

Was it difficult to find a suitable venue for skidpad testing in Adelaide? Struggling to find one in Melbourne...

Yeh sure is. We've got a few avenues to head down, so we'll see how we go.

RiNaZ, the entry list hasn't been posted yet. I have no idea whether the Petronas University are coming again.
