We recently attended our local hill climb here in South Australia with UARC07.
We placed 11th out of 91 entries for the day with a time of 34.49. We'll be looking at getting some tyre warmers so we can get our slicks up to optimum temperature before we head out. After looking at the data, when we were on power, the rear wheels were spinning the whole way! If we can get some grip we'll definitely be looking to get a quicker time. Check out a video of the run at UARC or YOUTUBE ______________________________________ Luke Betros Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer Managing Director University of Adelaide Racing Concepts 2008 Formula SAE-A Team The School of Mechanical Engineering The University of Adelaide AUSTRALIA, SA 5005 Web: uarc.com.au ______________________________________ |

great video man...
I love hill climb it's a shame we don't have that kind of motorsports competitions here in Venezuela... Really tight course by the way, and bumpy, our car would have teared apart in the 2nd curve LOL... How much did you guys have to rise the car to clear all those bumps?
