Hey all, we'll be leaving from Chicago to go to West on June 9th. Anyone else going around the same time? Wanna caravan in case sh*t happens? Wanna painter's tape each others cars? Post up.

We're heading through North Platte NE and Cedar City UT on consecutive nights. NIU/UIUC I'm looking in your direction.

If anybody wants to make a pitstop in Denver, there's a good amount of FSAE alums at OptimumG and Adam Aircraft in the same area of town. I'd be up for some bench racing, and there's a badass kart track a mile from my house (and next door to Adam Aircraft).

...and the best part is Waltman just brought his beer fridge over and my garage is stocked with cold ones.

Were not going to West, but if you want to make a pit stop at NIU, your more than welcome.

We were also talking about maybe having an autocross in the middle of the summer if you guys are interested. We'd like to get as many "local" FSAE cars as possible. Date and location are still in the works.

Are you looking at hosting at your campus, because there will be enough of us around this summer to put together a crew to run the car.

Just say when and where.

Best,
Drew

I am leaving from Hanover NH on the Morning of the June 9th. It is just 2 of us in the truck with trailer. I am game for a caravan. But I think we are taking a more southern route. We are picking up a third in or near St. Louis. So that means either through Denver and Las vegas or lower through Texas.

Yeah we're leaving June 9th as well, and taking a slightly northern route so that we go through Utah pretty much North to South.

NIU, definitely keep us updated. There's a few of us who will be in the area!

All electrical components and wiring harnesses depend on proper circuit functioning, which is the transmission of charged ions by retention of the visible spectral manifestation known as "smoke". Smoke is the thing that makes electrical circuits work. Don't be fooled by scientists and engineers talking about excited electrons and the like. Smoke is the key to all things electrical
