Hi, I wasn't physically at MIS, and cant tell if some events were run on Concrete.

Does anyone know for sure.

All events were held on the blacktop on the back straight. The only major issues with the surface throughout the week were water seeping through cracks on the inner section of the back straight (inside the line where the big cars run), and the transition from flat to the slight banking at the exit of turn 2 of the oval during endurance threw some teams off a little.
