I can host pictures, any size. If people are intereseted, I have an FTP server setup, and then I can load to my picture website. Or email pics to me in smaller chunks, check my profile for email address. I'll set up hosting for anyone who wants it. I was going to do this for UofA anyways.

by the way ... i was at the honda banquet just now and we were playing those ruffles tickets. And the winner of a Honda CBR R3 engine was suppose to be University of Arizona, but nobody claimed it so the new engine went to another university ... i cant remember which one though.

UofArizona did win the Engine, Its a new Honda 600RR, and is sitting in the hotel room.
I guess they're switching to honda next year.
I'll try to get an update on design status.
From what I was told, getting in and out of the event is a hassle, and the tech inspections were increadibly picky this year.

Good luck to all the teams.

I'm serious about hosting photos. I have unlimited space and plenty of bandwidth, and would love to see the photos anyways, I'm also headed to the Cal event, and will be posting all the photos from there.

I heard LTU flipped their car and it caught fire a couple days ago? And they got it all back together for the semis! Impressive to say the least. Anyone have more details though?

Also, sorry my shots are so lacking on other teams. I should have a lot more time for photos tomorrow.

Here's Helsinki Polytechnic's trip so far. I took quite a few pictures of other cars as well, but not that many technical ones.

the LTU car hit a curb and flipped over on wednesday at about 4am. many suspension parts and the rear box were destroyed as well as the car catching fire and the engine block cracking. The driver was not injured, thankfully. The physical testing of rollover was successful!

the team came together and worked on that car from 5am wednesday until they got it to competition (luckily machine shops that they used had made spares of some of the parts). Car's back together now. Stop by and see the team.

Good luck to everyone in Romeo !

I guess you try to avoid SERT police officers with too much time by testing in the middle of the night. Wink

However, pretty astonishing effort from a car as damaged as you said to the design semis! Must be a good one then.....

Apparently the Cornell car missed Skidpad. They took the car off site for some work, had to retech, sound, and brake in the morning and didn't make it into the dynamic event until 11:30. They got one accel run in and were in line for skidpad when the event closed. Frown

Hey we got four runs in the drag today, but we weren't on the score sheet when they posted the results. We spoke with one of the officials and will try to get something done about it tomorrow, but it would help to have some evidence to support the fact that we actually ran. Does anyone happen to have video of any of our runs? Our car # is 142, Brown University.

If anyone finds the link to the enduro running order on the sae.org site, post it up here.

Also, I put my new camera through its paces today. Probably got it a little wetter than I should've but its working great. I'll have today's photos up after dinner.

Where do we find the results of the Autocross from this afternoon? In the endurance driver's meeting the said they would (possibly) post the results online. If anyone already has them, please post.

Cheers
