Hey Everyone,

We are currently working with BeaveRun staff to set up a FSAE event for this summer, probably July or August. We will have access to Wilson Circuit, their kart track. We hope to have all the dynamic events of competition, plus they offered to let us have an endurance race with their karts.

We need to get a rough count of interested teams so we can continue with scheduling. The staff seems pretty excited about this, so if there is enough interest from teams it will most likely happen. We will probably award trophies and maybe prizes.

If your team is interested or has questions, please post a response or email me at mikefsae@gmail.com . More information about the track can be found at www.beaverun.com .

We'd probably interested from UPenn. Its only a few hours for us, and should be a good time. July is probably better for us, as the people on the team that will be in town might cut out in Aug.

Mike,

We are hoping to have it on a weekend. Maybe we can get in Friday evening to allow teams to park trailers and do early setup.

This got put on the back burner while getting ready for competition, but we will be in contact with the track this week. We are shooting for a date mid-July or later to give the teams competing out west a break. As soon as any details are finalized I will post them and send emails. Glad to see so much interest.
