Motec is searching for a highly motivated individual to fill an opening as a Track Support Engineer. This is a great way to get into motorsports. Responsibilities include making sales, providing support and project development. The most important skill required is the ability to problem solve. The individual will learn to be an expert in the software setup of our data loggers and tuning side of our engine computers but no prior experience in this area is required. While some training will be provided, you must be able to learn on your own. Extensive travel is required. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering helpful, and advanced computer skills are necessary. Placement will be either in Huntington Beach, CA or Mooresville, NC. This is an entry level position into motorsports and the pay level is according. Benefits include health insurance and 401K plan.
